I am an Afro Caribbean cis-identified woman, because of my own personal journey, I can relate to multiple backgrounds and experiences.
I work with persons recovering from emotional issues (anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder) and work/major life transitions. My practice includes individual/couple and group psychotherapy for all sexual orientations, gender, racial, and ethnic identities.
I use a mindfulness based and client-centered approach and was trained in the following therapies (ACT, EMDR, IFS, CBT, Gottman, EFT). I consider my clients to be the experts of their own experiences. My areas of specialization include, anxiety/stress/depression, bipolar disorder, intimacy, and communication in relationships.
